∙ Security. Online payments are much more secure than mailing a check. You’ll receive an email notification when your payment is made that you can keep for your records and you can sign up for email reminders that your rent is coming due.
∙ Speed. Online payments post to your account immediately, faster than if you mail a check, use an online bill payment service, and even faster than when you drop a check off at our office. Avoid late fees!
∙ Convenience. View your charges and make payments online anytime and from anywhere. No more paper checks, envelopes, stamps, or unnecessary “out of your way” trips to our office to drop off a check. You can even set up a recurring payment so your rent is paid automatically— eliminate the worries about forgetting to pay your rent on time or dealing with late fees!
Option 1: Pay directly from your bank account using E-Check! This service is FREE to Firebird Housing Residents!
Option 2: Pay your rent or other charges with a Credit Card or Debit Card. Please note that payments made by Credit Card or Debit Card, are assessed a nominal fee at the time of payment. This fee is based on the payment amount.

- Firebird Housing has a night drop on the south door of the building for after hours payments.
- Please note that Rent is always due on the 1st of the month. Firebird Housing does not accept personal checks after the 4th of the month.
- ANY PAYMENTS MADE AFTER MIDNIGHT ON THE 4TH ARE REQUIRED TO BE PAID IN CERTIFIED FUNDS.

DIY (Do-It-Yourself) MAINTENANCE TIPS
Per your lease agreement, you the resident are responsible for maintaining the premises during your tenancy and agree to surrender the premises, at the termination of your lease agreement terms, in as good of condition as it was received in, with normal wear and tear excepted.

You may also download and print an application by following the link below. All applications must to be submitted directly to the Firebird Housing office once all appropriate application fees have been paid online. Please note that any applications submitted without the appropriate accompanying fees will not be processed.
