~Rental Property Buyer Broker Compensation - "Active Licensed Arizona Brokers co-broke $250 flat fee paid upon executed lease agreement and upon occupancy of Client."

~Sales Property Buyer Broker Compensation - "Active Licensed Arizona Brokers co-broke 2.5% - 3% of sales price paid upon successful Close of Escrow.   

All Broker Compensation Agreements MUST be in writing to be honored.
